Reading Challenges Galore!

I have found so many new reading challenges for 2020 and I am going to sign up for all of them. Okay, maybe not ‘all of them’. I am not The Flash nor can I read a book every second.

Craving for Cozies 2020

2020-CRAVING-FOR-COZIES-BE-

I love cozy mysteries! I participated in Craving for Cozies 2019 and had lots of fun. So here’s me signing up for the challenge again. πŸ™‚

The levels are:

  • Peckish – 1 – 25 Cozy Mysteries
  • Famished – 26 – 51 Cozy Mysteries
  • Yearning – 51 – 75 Cozy Mysteries
  • Starving  – 76 – 100 Cozy Mysteries
  • Ravenous – 101 – 125 Cozy Mysteries
  • Voracious – 126 – 150 Cozy Mysteries
  • Overindulged – 151 – 200 Cozy Mysteries
  • Pigged Out – 201 or more CozyΒ Mysteries

In 2019, I managed to read 81 books and I was STARVING! πŸ˜€ I will start being a tad PECKISH in 2020. As time passes by, I might be famished, or I might yearn for more cozies. I might very well be ravenous. You never know.

Agatha Christie Perpetual Reading Challenge

I have decided to re-read (or re-re-read in some cases) a couple of Christie’s books in 2020. So why not make my re-reads a part of a challenge? πŸ˜€

This challenge is hosted by Robin and you can find more details here.

Cloak and Dagger Challenge 2020

Cloak-and-dagger-square

Carol @ Carol’s Notebook is the host of this challenge. Challenge details are here.

Mystery and Thriller is my favourite genre so I will be participating in this challenge. πŸ˜€

Levels:

5-15 books – Amateur sleuth

16-25 books – Detective

26-35 books – Inspector

36 – 55 – Special agent

56+ books – Sherlock Holmes

I am an Amateur Sleuth. I hope by the end of 2020, I will be promoted to Inspector or Special Agent. Special Agent RR – sounds nice, isn’t it? πŸ˜‰

I am participating in Bev’s Vintage Mystery Extravaganza 2020. Calendar of Crime is something I missed last year so here I am with my sign-up. πŸ˜€

  1. They all sound like good fun. The Agatha Christie would be a good one for me since I do end up re-reading a couple every so often. Cloak and Dagger sounds good too!

    • There is water shortage in Bangalore so it might be a good idea to save water (by giving up showers)πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I am yet to think about sleep problems.πŸ˜‚

  2. Wow! This makes me tired just looking at it. Good luck with the challenges this year. I look forward to seeing your updates.
